They are certainly on the ball, within minutes of me posting my previous review below they called, apologised for the lack of communication and have arranged another visit. Very prompt attention, thank you!Previously: Concept Concrete telephoned promptly to arrange a time to come over for a quote in response to my online query. They did not ring at lunchtime on the agreed day to make sure we were home as they indicated they would (I was home and expecting the call) and they did not initiate any other contact.

Yesterday we had Jai clean and seal our limestone pavers and aggregate. What a difference it has made as it looks brand new and so bright. Really happy with the outcome. Thank you Jai!

These guys did a fantastic job. Worked really hard to make sure the finished product was excellent. Good prices and good communication from Sam. I'll be recommending these guys to anyone else, and having them back to finish more work on my property later this year. Can't rate them highly enough!

We do not want to give one star, poor services we have ever received. The receptionist lady (do not want to take her name) was so sweet, ooopppps it means was so rude and cunning. We ordered concrete for a required but the truck was late for more than one hour. We called in the office, they were making excuses. We rang them again, the lady did not answer the call. I called them from a different number and she answered in a jiffy. I would like to ask them whether we should ask for a refund now for delay as they mention in their invoices - if wait time is exceeding then they will start charging 1.5AUD for one minute. POOR SERVICES EVER. WE WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

James is very knowledge about his sealers, and spoke to me at length about how to use and apply them to get the best results. Well worth having a chat with him if you are interested in sealing some concrete, paved or limestone surfaces.

Absolute scapes completed a seamless pool edge and surrounds, alfresco areas and new exposed aggregate driveway a number of weeks ago. Sam listened to my design ideas and has helped to achieve my desired look. Him and his team were on time, neat and professional. I would highly recommend absolute scapes for concreting ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used Proseal 896 to seal over 200 sqm around my house.Absolutely brilliant outcome!!The application was a breeze - I will NEVER pay to have my pavers, pool surrounds etc sealed again.James was happy to answer any queries I had.Save yourself the hassle and time (getting quotes, waiting for tradies, etc) and do it yourself - so easy!
